Use the password-reset flow when you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password. The reset link is sent to the email address registered on your account.
Request a reset
Section titled “Request a reset”On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?. Enter your email address and submit. The page always confirms that the email has been sent — even if no account matches the address — so the response cannot be used to enumerate registered users.
Set a new password
Section titled “Set a new password”Open the email titled Reset your password and follow the link. The link is valid for one hour. Enter a new password (at least eight characters) and confirm it. After the new password is accepted, you are returned to the sign-in page.
If the link has already expired or has been used, the page shows a “link is invalid or has expired” message with a button to request a new one.
Why the email did not arrive
Section titled “Why the email did not arrive”The reset email is sent through the platform’s transactional email service. If it has not arrived after a couple of minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address you entered matches the one on your account.
- If your organization uses a corporate mail filter, allowlist the sender domain shown on the sign-in page footer.
If none of those help, ask another administrator in your organization to re-invite you or to confirm the email address on file.
After resetting
Section titled “After resetting”Resetting your password does not sign you out of other devices automatically. Once you are signed in again, open Settings → Security → Active Sessions and use Revoke all other sessions if you suspect your previous password may have been compromised.
If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, the reset only changes your password — you still need your authenticator app or a backup code to complete sign-in.
