Manage your profile

Your profile holds the personal details attached to your user account — the display name shown to teammates and the email address used for sign-in and notifications.

Open Settings → Profile. Edit the Name field and click Save. The name must be between 1 and 255 characters. The change applies immediately to every organization you belong to.

Your email address is shown on the profile page as a read-only field with a Verified badge once you have completed email verification. Self-service email changes aren’t supported; to move your account to a new address, ask another administrator in your organization to invite the new address and then accept the invite.

Settings → Profile carries a Your notifications card. It controls what reaches you and nothing else: turning something off here does not change what your teammates receive.

Each notification your organization can send is listed with a Send me switch for every delivery method it offers. Turn a switch off and that notification stops reaching you. Click Save when you are done, and the card confirms the save.

Webhook deliveries turned off is the exception. It is marked Always on and has no switch, because it is how the platform tells your organization that deliveries stopped without anyone having to go looking. To change who receives it, ask an organization owner or admin to update the audience on Settings → Notifications. Who receives each notification in the first place is set there too. See Choose who gets notifications.

If the card shows “Could not load your saved notification settings”, the switches are showing platform defaults rather than your saved values. Reload the page, and save only once the switches read the way you expect.

Account email is separate and is not listed on the card. Invitations, password resets, email-verification links, billing receipts, and security alerts are always sent and cannot be turned off. Product-news email is not sent at all.

Open Settings → Security → Active Sessions. The list shows every active session for your account, with the browser, operating system, IP address, and a Current session badge on the one you are using right now. Click Revoke on a single row to end one session, or Revoke all other sessions to end every session except the current one.

You can also tick Sign out of other devices when you change your password to combine both actions in one step.

Self-service account deletion isn’t supported. If you are leaving your organization, ask an administrator to remove you from the team list under Settings → Organization → Team Members. See Manage access for the administrator side of this flow.
