Use the password-reset flow when you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password. The reset link is sent to the email address registered on your account.

## Request a reset

On the sign-in page, click **Forgot password?**. Enter your email address and submit. The page always confirms that the email has been sent — even if no account matches the address — so the response cannot be used to enumerate registered users.

## Set a new password

Open the email titled **Reset your password** and follow the link. The link is valid for one hour. Enter a new password (at least eight characters) and confirm it. After the new password is accepted, you are returned to the sign-in page.

If the link has already expired or has been used, the page shows a "link is invalid or has expired" message with a button to request a new one.

## Why the email did not arrive

The reset email is sent through the platform's transactional email service. If it has not arrived after a couple of minutes:

- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address you entered matches the one on your account.
- If your organization uses a corporate mail filter, allowlist the sender domain shown on the sign-in page footer.

If none of those help, ask another administrator in your organization to re-invite you or to confirm the email address on file.

## After resetting

Resetting your password does not sign you out of other devices automatically. Once you are signed in again, open **Settings → Security → Active Sessions** and use **Revoke all other sessions** if you suspect your previous password may have been compromised.

If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, the reset only changes your password — you still need your authenticator app or a backup code to complete sign-in.
